The results of the Consumer Oral Health Survey for 2019 are in and they’ve shown that a sterile and hygienic surgery is the leading factor patients consider when choosing a dentist. Also ranked is ‘a dentist who focuses on keeping teeth and gums healthy’ – proof that while extras like cosmetic dentistry are becoming more important to clients, it’s still the fundamentals of hygiene, care and trust that influence their choices. Funnily enough, those same principles are central to Denka’s service – we look after dentists, so they can better care for patients. It’s a win-win!
