Earn Smile rewards for every £1 you spend with Denka

For every £1 transaction made through Denka online, you earn Smiles, which serve as reward points. These Smiles can be redeemed in the future against dental supply orders or even something a bit more indulgent!​

  • Each Smile point is worth 1p

  • For every £1 you spend you will earn a minimum of 1 Smile, which equals 1p and up to 5p on Denka own products.

  • 30 days after purchase* your points are added to your online account

  • How do long do my smile rewards last on my account?

    • Smile Rewards are valid on accounts for a duration of 90 days from the date when points are earned. However, once this period elapses, any unused points will expire and cannot be reinstated or re-added to your account.

  • How do I spend my rewards?

    • Redeeming your points is a straightforward process. After you've selected the products you want and placed them in your shopping basket, please proceed to the basket section on the website for order review. In the lower left corner, you'll find the Smile points information, which shows you how many points you can earn from the items in your basket, the Smile rewards available for use on your order, and a Smile rewards redemption box. In this box, you can specify the number of Smile rewards you wish to apply to your order. Once you've entered the desired number of points, simply click the "update" button. This action will deduct the specified number of points from your total order cost.

      You have the flexibility to decide whether to use a portion or all of your points towards your order—it's entirely up to you!

  • What happens if I return products I have earned Smile rewards on?

    • In the event that you return products for which you've earned Smile Rewards, the corresponding Smile points will be deducted from your online account once the returned item is processed. If you're returning just one item from a larger order, only the points you earned for that specific item will be removed from your account, and not the points earned for the entire order.

      The same principle applies to orders where you've used points to discount your purchase, and you subsequently return an item for a full refund. In such cases, we will recredit the points you utilised for the returned item, allowing you to use them on a future purchase.

  • Do I have to use my points on Dental products?

    • The short answer is no. We recognise that certain customers desire to redeem their Smile reward points for more luxurious items. This is precisely why we've curated a selection of products, ranging from iPhones to hair dryers, which you can exchange your hard-earned points for if you wish. You can explore our collection of indulgent reward products by clicking the provided link.

  • Can I earn Smile rewards on products that are currently on Clockwork?

    • Yes, you can earn Smile Reward Points on all of your Clockwork products!

  • How do I monitor and manage my Smile Reward Points?

    • We've established a Smile Rewards section within every online account. Within this account page, you can conveniently view your earned and available points, check pending and upcoming reward points, and track the total points you've redeemed in one central location. This simplifies the management of your Smiles, making it a breeze.

  • Can I earn and redeem points on the same order?

    • Unfortunatly you cannot earn points if you are redeeming them against an order.

  • Can smile rewards be earned on offline orders?

    • No, Smile Reward Points can only be earned online at Denkauk.com. Orders not via our website will not earn reward points.

  • Are there any exclusions?

    • Smile reward points cannot be earned on Pharmaceutical products, or on product on our Smile Redemption Product page.

      Denka does reserve the right to exlude other products from smile reward points at anytime.

       

  • Promotions

    • Some product categories feature exclusive Smile offers, so be on the lookout for these special promotions where Smile rewards can exceed the standard points rate. Keep an eye out for special product incentives throughout the year that allow you to accumulate even more rewards!

  • Terms and Conditions

    • *Smile Reward Points earned on orders will be issued to your account to spend 30 days after purchase. Until 30 days have elapsed you cannot use these points, but you can see them pending in your online account.
      ** Exclusions apply on certain product eg, points cannot be earned on Pharmaceuticals​.
      *** 5 Smile rewards can be earned on selected products only please see product for more information.

      Smile Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash amounts and can only be redeemed on available product via Denkauk.com.
      Denka reserves the right to suspend, amend or remove Smile rewards without prior notice.

      The Customer acknowledges that information and materials on Smile Reward Points may contain inaccuracies or errors and Denka UK expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

      The expiry dates of loyalty reward points are subject to change without prior notice.
