Luxatemp Plus - A2

Product Information

DMG LUXATEMP AM PLUS A2

Luxatemp Plus is employed for crafting temporary restorations to be placed in the patient's oral cavity during indirect and prosthodontic treatments. This product ensures the creation of highly precise provisionals boasting excellent marginal adaptation and minimal linear shrinkage during polymerization, thereby obviating the need for remargination. Additionally, Luxatemp Plus yields robust and enduring provisionals that resist abrasion and are easily removable.

The heightened hardness of Luxatemp Plus averts the wearing down of bridges, preventing provisional perforations and safeguarding against the infiltration of saliva, bacteria, and thermal irritants to the tooth. Provisional fabrication can be carried out directly in the patient's mouth without causing heat damage to pulp or tissue, thanks to the minimal heat generated during polymerization.

The dispensing Automix delivery system is both quick and user-friendly, saving time and costs while minimizing waste and allowing precise control over the dispensed material. The cartridge features separate outlets for the base and catalyst, preventing material cross-contamination that could hinder proper setting.

Specially designed Mixing Tips ensure an exact 10:1 base/catalyst ratio, guaranteeing a thorough mix on every occasion. This results in color stability, reduced porous surfaces, resistance to staining from substances like coffee and tea, and the elimination of air bubble voids.

Features & Benefits: -

  • Exceptional adaptation and fitting

  • High flexural strength

  • High resistance to abrasion

  • Aesthetic shades

  • Smooth tooth-like surface and appearance

  • Unmatched colour stability

  • Highly biocompatible

  • Low setting temperature – pulp friendly

Its neutral taste and lack of odor is a patient-friendly material. Available in five lifelike shades: A1, A2, A3.5, B1 and Bleach Light.
